The
little town of Nannup (Noongyar for “stopping or resting place”) has
often been described by its residents as an inspirational place - for
artists, healers, tree changers and visitors alike.
We
knew there was a plethora of artistic talent in our midst and the
establishment of A Taste of Nannup has not only drawn out those closet
artists amongst us but given birth to new talent as artisans realize
the potential our small town has to develop a reputation as an artist’s
mecca in our beautiful South West.
Starting
with the shop in Nannup’s main street and spreading the concept around
the Nannup region, A Taste of Nannup has gained popularity for that
unique gift, personal treat or opportunity to explore artisans’ works
beyond the shop front.
We
hope you will be inspired by our beautiful town, its friendly
population, artistic bent, beautiful walk trails, a town along the
famed Munda Biddi cycle trail—there is always a seasonal reason to
visit Nannup - in the centre of Western Australia's incredible South West.
